The Objective of this app is to promote healthy habits in children and outline the benefits of doing so.

The apps target audience should be Parents, Children and Educators so it use simple vocabulary, so that even primary students could understand the importance of healthy habits. the app should also be colourful and eye catching to appeal to people with shorter attention spans. it should also have a certain level of simplicity and intuitiveness to the menu design so its easy to navigate.

The quiz should include questions for each of the sections in the app and should keep track and display the score the player got versus the maximum amount of score possible.

the app needs to include 4 sections not including the quiz that will detail Healthy Diet Options, Exercises that are good for general health, Diseases and how to prevent them, and general hygienic practices to help avoid health complications.

the first thing I would need to do to finish this app would be to code the layout of the app using HTML in Visual Studio Code.

then I will need write the descriptions for each of the different Areas.

I will then write the CSS and Implement the Quiz into the Website to finish the program.
